We are looking for a self-motivated individual with administrative experience and high attention to detail to help with the day-to-day running of the business. This is a full-time position that will be based at our offices in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries
- General office management
- Preparation of communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Providing support to our various departments
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of golf
- Strong and effective communications skills, both written and oral
- Sound web knowledge
- Good telephone manner
Please note that this is a junior position, and remuneration will be based on your previous work experience and level of expertise.
