In November 2022, HNA terminated its partnership with Huawei. This meant that Huawei users could no longer download the app. However, Huawei users can now download the app directly from this link.
After downloading, follow these steps: go to Files > Downloads/Received files, click on the downloaded apk file, and then click ‘Allow’ on the prompt that asks if you want to allow Files to install apps. Then, click Install and, finally, Open.
