Step 1:
Login via the Golfer Login page.
Step 2:
Click on the “My Account” button on the top right of the Dashboard page.
Step 3:
Click on the “Activate” button in the Discovery Vitality block.
Step 4:
Fill in the required detail and click “Submit”. Please allow Discovery some time to process your request.
