In partnership with Castle Lite we would like to introduce to you the weekly national Castle Lite SAGA Handicap Competition. Winners announced every Thursday afternoon.

How it works?
You are automatically entered everytime you enter a score on the system. The competition winner is the player with the highest difference between their handicap at the time the round was played and the differential for that particular round. Due to the fact that some courses have a lower par value than others, some as low as 60, the best net cannot be used for the winning score.
Each week, for scores entered between Monday and Sunday, one winner from each of the 5 handicap categories will receive 2 cases of Castle Lite. In addition, the home club of each winner will also receive 2 complimentary cases of Castle Lite.
The 5 handicap categories are:
1) +6 – 5
2) 6 – 12
3) 13 – 18
4) 19 – 24
5) 25 – 36
How scores are verified?
After all scores from each handicap division have been pulled from the database, we then verify that the winning scores fall within the competition rules and regulations. The following steps are then taken:
• Check that a player has a minimum of 20 scores in his/her profile.
• Confirm that the winning score was not a 9-hole score.
• Contact the club at which the round was played for confirmation of score.
• Contact the home club for further confirmation.
• Contact player.
How do I enter?
No official entry is required and all golfers with a valid handicap will automatically qualify. Players need to be over the age of 18 years.
Multiple winners in each category will be counted out. Winners will be announced every Thursday and published on the website. Prizes will be delivered to the home club of the winners where they can be collected by the players.
The competition is only open to players over the age of 18 years.
