If your handicap has recently been cut dramatically you should contact your club to recalculate it immediately because the changes to the handicap system made by the SAGA that caused that have been withdrawn.

 NGN has now received a letter from the SAGA requesting us to hit the proverbial Ctrl-Z (“Undo”) key for the latest series of handicap changes that they released. The changes caused some dramatic reductions in handicaps for people who have entered good scores far below their normal scores.

The SAGA has agreed to inform NGN of some future date when these changes will become effective again. In the meantime we will change our software again to accommodate the current view of the SAGA.
